PLATFORM
White-label client portal software
White-label client portal software is a portal your clients sign into under their own brand instead of the software vendor's. Vercid ships this as the default, not an add-on: every client workspace renders fully in the client's brand — their colors as the interface palette, their fonts in the type, their logo in place of any platform mark — and lives at a subdomain named for the client. Nothing inside the dashboard says Vercid. The people signing in see one brand: theirs.
This page covers how full brand rendering works in Vercid — what gets branded, where the workspace lives, and how the brand carries through the dashboard, chat, and the mobile app. The brand layer sits on top of the whole platform: ERP, CRM, and CMS in one, built for small and mid-sized service businesses.
Full brand rendering, not a logo swap
Most portal tools bolt a logo onto a fixed interface. Vercid renders the workspace itself in the client's brand. The client's colors drive the interface palette. The client's fonts set the type. The client's logo sits where a logo belongs. Across every dashboard view, there is no second brand competing for the client's attention.
Branding is configured per workspace. A provider running many clients on one Vercid instance holds a distinct brand for each, so two clients on the same platform see two different portals.
- Colors: the client's palette, applied across the interface
- Fonts: the client's typefaces, rendered throughout the workspace
- Logo: the client's mark, with no platform badge beside it
A subdomain named for the client
Each workspace lives at its own subdomain — clientname.vercid.com — an address that leads with the client's name. That is the link the client bookmarks, the link in their team's invites, and the link they open on their phone.
Sign-in is Google SSO. Members, roles, and invites are managed per workspace and licensed per seat, so the client's whole team works under the client's brand from their first session.
One brand across dashboard, chat, and mobile
The dashboard is modular — metrics, files, announcements, billing, and custom widgets, composed per client. Whatever mix a workspace carries, it renders in that client's brand.
Chat between your team and the client happens inside the workspace, in the same brand. The iOS and Android app wraps the workspace, so the phone shows the same branded dashboard and delivers chat push notifications. Email notifications keep members current between visits.
A full operations platform under the brand
White-label in Vercid is not a branded viewer in front of a separate system. The branded workspace is the platform: the dispatch console with its live status board and job map, the spreadsheet-style inventory grid where changes are logged rather than overwritten, and ops views for fulfilment and exceptions. Every change lands in an append-only audit log with full-text search — nothing is silently lost. Postgres row-level security keeps each workspace's data separate at the database layer.
One record. Nothing lost.

Common questions
What parts of the workspace carry the client's branding?
Everything the client sees. The client's colors drive the interface, their fonts set the type, and their logo stands in place of any platform mark — across every dashboard view and in the mobile app that wraps the workspace. Vercid does not display its own brand inside a client's dashboard.
Does each client get their own URL?
Yes. Each workspace lives at its own subdomain, named for the client — clientname.vercid.com. That address is where the client's team signs in with Google SSO and where invited members land.
Can different clients on the same platform have completely different branding?
Yes. Branding is configured per workspace. Vercid is multi-tenant, so each client's workspace renders in that client's own colors, fonts, and logo, and Postgres row-level security keeps each workspace's data separate.
