ERP · CRM · Client portals — one platform

Every job, every change, one source of truth.

Vercid is ERP, CRM, and client portals in one platform. Dispatch, inventory, billing, files, and client chat run on a single live record with an append-only audit log — so when a job changes mid-day, everyone sees it, and the record proves what happened and when. Under your own brand, at yourcompany.vercid.com.

Every module your operation runs on.

One login, one system of record. Your dashboard is composed from the modules your operation actually uses — nothing you don’t.

Dashboard

Built from only the pieces you use

Each workspace's dashboard is composed from modular widgets — metrics, files, announcements, billing, custom widgets. Every client sees what applies to them and nothing they didn't ask for.

Dispatch

A live board, not a whiteboard

A live status board and a map with job pins colored by urgency and service type. A driver pickup queue tells each driver what to grab next. Every dispatch decision lands in the record, dated.

Inventory

The spreadsheet feel, without the overwrites

A grid that works the way Excel or Sheets does, so your team keeps the workflow they know. Every change is logged instead of clobbered — double bookings and overwritten edits stop happening.

CRM & Clients

Every relationship in one workspace

Each client's workspace holds their jobs, files, billing, and history — with chat between your team and the client next to the records the conversation is about. Questions land where the answers are.

Content

Publish where your clients already work

Announcements, files, and branded pages live inside each client's workspace. Updates reach the people they concern instead of dying in an email thread.

Members & seats

Seats and roles you control

Invite members, assign roles, license seats per workspace — adding or removing someone is one action, not a ticket. Row-level security keeps each workspace's data inside that workspace.

Audit log

A record that holds up under pressure

Every change lands in an append-only log — added, never erased — with full-text search to find it later. When an adjuster or a client asks what happened, you answer from the record, not from memory.

Mobile app

The same workspace, on the truck

The iOS and Android app carries the workspace to the field, with chat push notifications. What the office sees and what the crew sees stop drifting apart.

The brand on the screen is the client’s.

Every workspace renders fully in the client’s brand — colors, fonts, logo — at their own subdomain. Your clients see their company on every screen, not your vendor’s. Vercid is the machinery; the brand is yours to give.

Built so the answer is always in the system.

Nothing is lost

An append-only audit log records every change. Records are corrected, never silently rewritten.

Nothing leaks

Role-based access and database row-level security scope every query to the member making it.

Nothing hides

Full-text search across your records — when the phone rings, the answer is seconds away.

Questions, answered plainly.

What is Vercid?

Vercid is a business-operations platform that combines ERP, CRM, and client portals in one system for service businesses. Dispatch, inventory, billing, files, and client chat run on a single live record with an append-only audit log, so nothing is silently lost. Each client gets a workspace rendered in their own brand at their own subdomain.

Is Vercid an ERP, a CRM, or a client portal?

All three, in one platform. Dispatch, inventory, fulfilment, and exceptions cover the ERP side; members, roles, chat, and seat management cover the CRM side; and each client's branded workspace — their status, files, and announcements at their own subdomain — is the portal. A service business runs day-to-day work and client relationships from one system instead of stitching four or five tools together.

Who is Vercid for?

Small and mid-sized service businesses: restoration contractors, equipment-rental and dispatch operations, field-service companies, and agencies that give each client a branded portal. If your operation currently runs on a mix of spreadsheets, text messages, and a whiteboard, Vercid is built for you.

Can Vercid be white-labeled for my clients?

Yes, fully. Each client workspace renders in the client's own brand — their colors, fonts, and logo — at their own subdomain, such as clientname.vercid.com. Your clients see their company on the screen, not the platform's and not yours.

How does dispatch work in Vercid?

The dispatch console gives you a live status board, a map with job pins color-coded by urgency and service type, and a driver pickup queue. Dispatchers see every job's true state at a glance, and drivers see what to pick up next. It replaces the whiteboard, the radio check-in, and the spreadsheet of open jobs.

How does Vercid handle inventory?

Inventory lives in a spreadsheet-style grid that works the way Excel or Sheets does, so your team keeps the workflow they already know — but every change is logged instead of overwritten, so double bookings and clobbered edits stop. Dedicated ops views cover fulfilment and exceptions, so what's out, what's late, and what needs attention are each one screen away.

What happens if a record is changed or deleted?

It stays in the record. Every change lands in an append-only audit log — changes are added, never erased — and full-text search makes the history findable, not just stored. For businesses that deal with disputes or insurance claims, that trail is the difference between an argument and an answer.

Does Vercid have a mobile app?

Yes, on iOS and Android. The app wraps the workspace, so field staff and clients get the same branded experience on a phone, and chat messages arrive as push notifications. Chat between your team and a client happens inside the workspace, next to the jobs and files it concerns.

How does Vercid keep each client's data separate, and how do users sign in?

Every workspace is a separate tenant enforced with row-level security in the Postgres database, so one client's data is never visible to another. Access inside a workspace is role-based, with invites and per-seat licensing you control. Members sign in directly or with Google single sign-on, and adding or removing someone is one action, not a ticket.

What happens to our data if we leave?

Your operational records leave with you, and personal data is deleted when the engagement ends — only money-related records required for accounting are retained. Your history isn't held hostage.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is quoted per operation, based on the modules and seats you need. Book a walkthrough and we'll scope it with you in one call.
