Customizable client dashboard software lets a service business give each client a dashboard built for them instead of a one-size-fits-all portal. Vercid does this with modular widgets: metrics, files, announcements, billing, and custom widgets are composed per client, so every client sees exactly what applies to their work and nothing that does not. The dashboard renders in the client's own brand — their colors, fonts, and logo — at their own subdomain, clientname.vercid.com.
Dashboards are the front door of every Vercid workspace. Vercid is a multi-tenant business-operations platform — ERP, CRM, and CMS in one — built and operated by Deadpan Labs LLC in Miami, FL.
Composed per client, not cloned from a template
Most portal software hands every customer the same screen and hides the parts that do not apply. Vercid works the other way around. There is a catalog of widget types, and each client workspace has its own dashboard configuration that draws from it. You choose the widgets a client needs, arrange them, and that becomes their dashboard.
Because composition happens per client, two clients of the same provider can see entirely different dashboards. A client who only receives deliverables might see files and announcements. A client with an active engagement might see metrics, billing, and a custom widget built around their workflow. When a new widget type is added to the catalog, it becomes available to every workspace without rebuilding any of them.
The widget catalog
Vercid ships with the widget types most service relationships need, plus a path for the ones only one client needs.

Rendered in the client's brand
A Vercid dashboard does not look like Vercid. It renders in the client's own brand — their colors, their fonts, their logo — at their own subdomain, clientname.vercid.com. To the people signing in, it reads as their company's system, not a vendor portal they were given a login for.
Brand rendering applies to the whole workspace, so the dashboard, its widgets, and everything behind them stay consistent.
Scoped by design
Per-client composition only matters if the data behind each widget is scoped as strictly as the layout. In Vercid, Postgres row-level security scopes every widget's data to the signed-in workspace, and members, roles, and invites control who inside a client's team can sign in — with per-seat licensing to match. Google SSO is supported.
Every change behind a dashboard lands in an append-only audit log with full-text search. Records are logged, not overwritten, so nothing is silently lost. One record. Nothing lost.
A dashboard connected to real operations
Vercid dashboards sit in the same workspace as the rest of the platform: the dispatch console, the spreadsheet-style inventory grid, and ops views for fulfilment and exceptions. A widget is not a static report — it fronts the same live records the operation runs on.
The workspace also carries in-workspace chat between the provider team and the client, an iOS and Android app that wraps the workspace with chat push notifications, and email notifications.
